It is important to perform “First Work-In-Place” reviews for significant portions of work in order to avoid costly rework. We should be performing this review at the beginning of the work to confirm proper installation. Use this form to guide your inspection, record observations, and communicate corrections to installing sub-contractors, including follow up.
